I reached out to the team sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly, and they were really helpful. Super friendly, quick to respond, and made everything easy to sort out. Really appreciated the support.

They’ve got loads of different soaps and bath bits, and it took me ages to choose because there were so many scents and shapes. I got a bit impatient scrolling through it all, but it’s a nice problem to have. I’ll definitely order again.

I ordered from yorkshiresoap.co and, to be honest, it arrived sooner than I thought it would. The packaging was perfectly fine too, so no complaints there. I’m only taking off one star because the tracking updates were a bit slower than I’d have liked, but overall it met my expectations and I’m happy with the order...

It looked really when it arrived, which I liked right away. There was just a lot of paper packaging, like way more than I expected, and the soap box ended up a little squashed. Not a huge deal, I guess, but I did notice it while unpacking everything

The staff were really friendly, which I appreciated, but uh, the shop did feel a bit rushed while I was there. Not a bad experience overall, just didn’t feel super relaxed

The scent stays on way longer than I thought it would. I was expecting it to fade quickly, but it really sticks around. At this point, I feel like someone owes me an apology for making me underestimate it.

My order arrived quickly, which was great, but one of the soaps wasn’t the one I actually picked. It still smells nice and I’ll use it, but it was a bit annoying. Has anyone else had this happen with their order?

The soaps look really nice and the scent is okay, but they just weren’t a good match for my skin. After only a few washes, my hands felt tight and dry, like I had to put on hand cream right away. They might work fine for other people, but for me they felt a bit too harsh. I was disappointed and don’t think they’re worth it for sensitive or dry skin.

I ordered a few bits and overall I was happy with them. Everything was packed nicely and the scents were lovely, which made it feel a bit more special when they arrived. Delivery was fine, though not exactly speedy. Personally, I did like the products, but for the price I think I was expecting them to feel a little more premium. I’d probably buy again, but more likely if there was a sale on.

I do really like these soaps, they smell nice and feel good to use. But the prices now?! I was surprised by how much higher they seem. Still a good product, just getting hard to justify buying regularly.

My mum has already asked me where I got hers from, so I’ll definitely be buying them again for presents.

I emailed them, then I think I waited a few days… or maybe it was closer to a week, I’m not even sure now, but it felt way too long. When they finally replied, the answer seemed rushed and didn’t really help much. It did get sorted eventually, but only after I followed up again, which I don’t feel like I should’ve had to do. The soaps are still nice, but this experience kind of put me off ordering again anytime soon

They smell lovely without being overpowering, and they don’t turn mushy after a couple of uses like some soaps I’ve tried before. My skin feels properly clean afterwards but not dried out, which makes a big difference. They look pretty, of course, but what stood out to me is that they actually feel like they’ve been made with care. It’s a small thing, but using something like this day to day makes the routine feel a bit nicer. I’ll definitely be buying again

The soaps have lasted well and feel better than others I’ve bought around the same price. Delivery was straightforward too. They’re not the absolute cheapest, but for what I got, it felt like good value and I’d happily order again.
